What documents are required for cashless approval?

Original insurance card / e-card, government photo ID, doctor's prescription or admission advice, previous medical records and a signed pre-authorization form. Full checklist is on the Required Documents page.

How long does pre-authorization take?

Accepted Answer

For planned admissions, the insurer / TPA typically responds within 2–6 working hours. Emergency cases are handled on priority.

What if my cashless claim is rejected or partially approved?

You can pay the balance and file a reimbursement claim with your insurer. Our Insurance Desk will help you compile the necessary documentation.

Are all treatments covered under cashless?

Coverage depends on your policy terms. Some items — cosmetic procedures, certain consumables, deluxe room upgrades — may not be covered even under cashless.
