After your consultation and provisional treatment plan, our team can issue a visa invitation letter on hospital letterhead specifying treatment details and estimated duration.
Valid passport (6+ months), medical reports, invitation letter from the hospital, proof of funds and return travel plan. Additional documents may be requested by the embassy.
Original passport & visa, printed medical reports, prescription medication (with prescriptions), universal power adapter, comfortable clothing, and copies of travel insurance.
